Which Days do you deliver? +

+ Our standard delivery service operates from Monday - Friday all year round. On occasion, we deliver saturdays although this would be at the discretion of our management.

What is the minimum quantity i can order? +

Our minimum delivery is 500 litres plus.

How quickly can we expect delivery? +

Standard delivery time is up to 5 days however, this can vary especially in winter months when the demand for oil is higher and the weather can be restricting.

Can we deliver same Day? +

Our average delivery time is within 5 working days. As standard, we do not offer Saturday deliveries unless deemed an emergency and would be at the discretion of our management. Our delivery journeys are planned to be the most efficient and time-effective as possible.

How do i know how much oil to order?+

Everyones oil usage is different and can depend on many different factors. if you are unaware how much is in your tank we can put you down for a fill and you will only be charged the exact amount your tank takes.

What do i do if my oil tank is completely empty?+

If you contact us as soon as possible our team will place an order ensuring that it is urgent. We try our best to get our deliveries out as fast as possible prioritising urgent orders, particularly during the winter months.

Do i need to be present during delivery?+

As long as access is available and the tank is unlocked there isn't a problem delivering the fuel with nobody present.

My delivery has not arrived, what should i do?+

Contact us on 01360 660264 with any queries regarding your delivery. Our dedicated team will be able to tell you when you can expect delivery and answer any other questions you may have.

Can i set up an online account?+

Our online ordering and account system is not yet implemented. This will be available in the near future where you can log in, view account details,view invoices, order and pay online.

How do i know the tanker can reach my tank?+

Our tanker hose can reach up to 150 feet. if you are unsure or have any concerns about delivery, contact us on 01360 660264.

How do i pay for my order?+

We accept most major debit & credit cards payment over the phone, cheque, cash and online bank transfer.

In addition to the above methods, we understand that a budget plan may help with managing your bills and provide an alternative method to tracking monthly outgoings. This is available to domestic customers only.

What are your prices?+

We obtain our fuel prices daily at the cheapest rate for that day so they are a true reflection of the market. To find out our daily price you can phone us on 01360 660264 or use our request a quote form.

Can you price match?+

Our prices are obtained daily with delivery costs and market prices took into consideration. If you have received a cheaper quotation elsewhere phone us on 01360 660264 and we may be able to match.

Which Areas Do you deliver to?+

We have depots across West, Central and Southern Scotland, as well as Northern England. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area just give us a call on 01360 660264.

What should i do if there is a leak in my tank?+

In an event of a leak, you should contact your tank manufacture immediately. You can temporarily seal the crack/leak by rubbing soap on it or using tape. You can then organise replacing it. Do you offer a top up service?+

We can install a device to your tank that notifies us when you fall below 25% and we will fill up your tank automatically. This ensures you don't run out of heating oil when you need it the most. for more information on our top-up service click here
